TERMS & CONDITIONS

Suggested delivery method will automatically be applied to the items in your cart. Items are posted using French Post a trackable parcel delivery service and usually delivered within 7 - 20 business days depending on the country. Please notice that we are not responsible for any  delay from the carrier or the Post Office.

Customs and import

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delay due to customs.

About our Products:

Time of Paris' goods are antique and vintage so that sometimes, goods have imperfections such as tears and discolouration. 

Damaged or Missing Products:       

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package. Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will replace your item or refund to you (shipping cost is not include).

Returns & Exchanges:

Our items are mostly unique and some has with traces of age and  wear, please look carefully at pictures before order.                                                                     

For a return, we require that it be posted promptly. If the item is returned beyond one week following, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted. This amount will increase by 10% for each successive week.
The item must be returned by Post with tracking numbe with all of its ORIGINAL PACKAGING including any bubble wrap, gift bag or box, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the SAME CONDITION as when it was shipped to you and not altered in any way. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible. All sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

We only accept Paypal.

Shipping:

Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming that your order has taken and that your card has been charged. It may take up to 1 week from receipt of your order confirmation for your items to be ready to ship. You will receive another email once the item has shipped with tracking information. A signature is required upon delivery. Time of Paris is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials whenever possible.

Return procedure: 

To make a return, please email to contact@timeofparis.com for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item. Please include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted.
Time of Paris is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Once we receive the merchandise, you will receive a confirmation email.
